To get started, follow each numbered item in the order they are given. You will need to follow this procedure for every item you want. This will help us to process your project in the fastest way possible.

If you do not want to follow this whole process for every item, but still want the fastest evaluation, just fill out the BUY FORM for each item you have. Use the full procedure below for the first item so you understand the rules. Then, just fill out the BUY FORM again for each additional item.

The more information you can give us helps us to find exactly what you want. When we attempt to purchase an item for you, we will supply you with the description of the item that the seller has. We also review the history of the seller to make sure we are dealing with a reputable person or company. We make sure we review their return policy, but for the most part you are buying an item as is and in the condition they represent it to be. We will, on your behalf, make sure we understand the return policy so if the item is not in the condition they stated it should be we can request a return.
  

1.) What to buy: Determine what you want to buy, and then gather as much information about it as you can. Get the Model Number, Serial Number, Manufacture of the item, and general description. The more information you have about an item the better it is for us to buy it.
 
2.) Is it Legal: Is your item "Legal"? There are restriction on what we can buy on internet auctions. We follow the same guidelines that eBay has for selling items.  CLICK HERE to review their restrictions. Even though these restrictions are listed for selling items, they apply to our rules for buying. But please note that even if the eBay policy states that it is acceptable, we have the final say. 3.) How to buy it:  When we receive your form, our research team will begin to investigate your requests. Once the research is complete, we will let you know what we feel the price will be for your item, and give you examples of recent auctions if they exist.

We will set up what your minimum and maximum range should be for your item. Once we agree on this, we are ready to go.

By using our specially designed software, we scan the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your product until we find it.

4.) We Found it: Once we locate your item, we will contact you with all the information on the item.

If your agree to go ahead, we will require 75% of the anticipated maximum bid. The amount needs to be in place before we place the bid, so it is important that you get this to us as soon as possible.
 
5.) Bidding Starts: Once we place a bid, you are committed. There is no way to back out at this point with your initial bid. You can instruct us to stop any further bidding if you like. If you do instruct us to stop, a $10.00 fee is charged.

If you win, you are responsible for paying for the item even if you requested to stop the bid. Again, once the first bid is placed you are committed.

If we do not win on the first attempt, we will look for a second auction. If we are unsuccessful after 30 days, you will be contacted to see if you want us to continue. If not, any monies are returned to you.

If you elect to stop the search and any further attempts to buy your item before the end of the second auction, you will be responsible for a $10.00 Stop Fee.
 

6.) You Won!   If we are the winning bidder, you are responsible for paying the winning amount. In addition, buyers are expected to pay for the shipping of the item. The cost of shipping is known during the auction and before we bid, so you know what you will be responsible for.
 
7.) Shipment of item.   We will follow up and track the shipment of your item to us. Remember, you will make the final decision on buying the item, and we are buying as is. But, the item has to match the description given by the seller.

When the item arrives, we will inspect it for damage and notify the shipper if any is found. We will then investigate to make sure the item matches the description of the seller. If it does, we will notify the seller and the auction is complete. We will then notify you that your item has arrived and make arrangements for pickup.
