Selling and Buying fees are listed below for regular items. If you want to sell and/or buy larger items (Cars, Real Estate, Boats, Farm equipment, items valued over $2500, etc.) then please contact us for a quote.

Selling:  We offer two levels of services to suit your needs. Our Commissions are based on the final selling price of the item. In addition, you are responsible for paying all auctions fees listed below which are also based on the final selling price. The commission fees and auction fees are only paid if the item sells. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any item for auction we deem as unfit or does not meet our auction standards. CLICK HERE to view unacceptable auction items.

Regular Service - Free for items with an estimated value of more then $25*:

Premium Service - $19.99** paid in advance:
 
  • All the features of our Regular Service PLUS
  • You can sell at it at a higher opening bid other then $.99.
  • You can offer a "Buy It Now" price of your choosing to allow your item to sell faster.
*   Estimated value before auction is more then $25.00. If estimated value is less then $25.00 before auction, and does not sell, then a fee of $3.00 is charged.  

** Non-Refundable fees are credited towards Letusauctionit4U's commissions if item sells.


Commission Fees:
 
  • 38% for the first $ 200.00.
  • 32% for the next $ 400.00 (32% of any amount from $201.00 to $600.00)
  • 24% for the remaining amount over $ 600.00.

Example: Your item sells for $820.00. Our commission is 38% of the first $200.00 which is $76.00, 32% of the amount from $201.00 to $600.00 (32% of $399.00) which is $127.68, and 24% of the amount over $600.00 (24% of 220.00) which is $52.80. Our total commission is $76.00 + $127.68 + $ 52.80 = $ 256.48 while your share is $563.52.

Auction Fees:
 
  • 5.25% of the first $25.00
  • 2.75% of the next $975.00 ($25.01 to $1,000.00)
  • 1.5% of the remaining amount over $1,000.00


Transaction Fees:
 

  • 2.9% on any amount

 
Example: Using the example above, your share is $ 563.52. Out of your share are the Auction Fees. You pay 5.25% on the first $25 which equals $1.31, then you pay 2.75% on the amount above $25 ($820.00 - $25.01 = $797.99)  which is $21.86. This gives a total of $23.17. The transaction fees (2.9%) of $ 820.00 is $23.78. Your total fees are $21.86 + $23.78 = $45.64. You get a check for $517.88.
 
Buying: Buying on eBay is not as simple as you may think, unless you want to pay top dollar for your item and spend many hours in front of the computer.

Letusauctionit4u has simplified the process. First, we research your item to tell you what you can expect to pay for it. Then, by using software, we scan all the auction sites on the internet, 24 hours a day. When we find the item you want, we can go into action to get it for you.

But you are in the loop all the time. We will contact you with the information on the item we found. If you approve, a deposit of 75% of your anticipated maximum bid is required. Then we go to work. We constantly analyze the bids that have been placed. With all our experience in auctions, we can determine when the appropriate time is to bid, and when to stop bidding on an item. If we are unsuccessful, we will continue to search and start the process all over again. You are kept inform all along the way. We will attempt to get your item in two auctions. If we are unsuccessful, we will notify you and you can determine if you want to try again. If you decide that you wish to stop looking before the second auction is over, a small fee is charged and is taken out of the money*.
 
Fees: All fees are based on the winning bid amount.
 
  • Our fee is $5.00 for an item up to $25.00
  • Our fee is $8.00 for an item from $25.01 to $50.00
  • Our fee is $10.00 for an item from $50.01 to $75.00
  • Our fee is $15.00 for an item from $75.01 to $100.00
  • Our fee is $25.00 for an item from $101.00 to $150.00
  • Our fee is $30.00 for an item from $151.00 to $200.00

For items more then $200.00 but less then $1,000.00 a fee 15% is charged.

For items more then $1,000.00 a fee 20% is charged.

* If you stop the search before the end of the second auction, a fee of $10.00 is charged.
